Legal 11-4424 NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE OF REAL ESTATE WHEREAS, on May 18, 2016, TERRENCE L. WILLIAMS, by Deed of Trust of record in Record Book 856, at Page 160, in the Register’s Office of Dyer County, Tennessee, conveyed the following described property in trust to secure the payment of a Promissory Note in the original principal amount of Thirty Six Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Three and 61/100 Dollars ($36,433.61), payable to SIMMONS BANK; and WHEREAS, the undersigned was appointed Substitute Trustee by SIMMONS BANK the legal owner and holder of the said Note, by an appointment dated October 27, 2020, of record in Record Book 958, at Page 500, in the Register’s Office of Dyer County, Tennessee; and WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of said indebtedness and other provisions of the Deeds of Trust have been violated, and SIMMONS BANK, the lawful owner and holder of the indebtedness, has declared the entire amount due and payable as provided by the Deed of Trust in accordance with its terms, and instructed the undersigned to foreclose.
