Baxter, to William C. Ford, as Trustee for Green Tree Financial Servicing Corporation dated January 19, 1999, and recorded in RB 368, Page 739, in the Register's Office for Dyer County, Tennessee (“Deed of Trust”), conducted by Padgett Law Group, having been appointed Substitute Trustee, all of record in the Dyer County Register's Office.
