Downtown Dyersburg and DSCC Halloween 2023 (11/1/23)Despite cold temperatures, the streets of downtown Dyersburg were flooded Tuesday evening, as hundreds of ghouls, goblins, and masked crusaders made their way from business to business trick-or-treating. The event kicked off at 5:30 p.m. and wrapped up at 7:30 p.m. Festivities were planned at nearly every business around the Historic Square, with offerings of hot chocolate and cookies made for those venturing toward the north side of downtown.
