State of the City address

Mayor John Holden delivered his annual "State of the City" address at the Dyersburg/Dyer County Chamber of Commerce on Thursday morning. Holden discussed the city's accomplishments for 2013, which he noted was a good year, as it was recently recognized as a top-10 micropolitan for Select Site magazine.
