County expands earthquake insurance coverage

If an earthquake rocked Dyer County, it would cost an estimated $22,248,600 to rebuild 25 county-owned buildings. Dyer County man wanted for aggravated rape

The Dyer County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating a man with warrants out for his arrest. Jay Earl Haynes, 48, is wanted for aggravated rape and violation of parole. The aggravated rape occurred this past weekend and authorities now have active warrants for his arrest...
